This Sammys 8045957 Rod Anchor provides a secure anchor for threaded rods with its 3/8 in. female fitting on the screw head. The Teks technology drill bit on the tip of the fastener drills its own hole and grips solidly into the steel base, thus providing a secure connection between the rod and the steel base. It is a godsend for all your overhead steel fastening needs.
