This tool is ideal for cutting through straps, sheet metal, pipes, exhaust systems, and other similar items. The powerful 3.5 amp motor operates at an impressive rate of 24,000 RPM. This tool uses standard 3″ cut-off discs, and it can cut materials up to 1″ deep. It weighs only 3.2 lb., making it lightweight for comfortable use. This cut off tool is easy to operate with the simple on / off switch. For safe use, it includes a tool-free, quick-release adjustable guard. It also has a safety switch to prevent the motor from accidentally starting. For your convenience, this tool comes equipped with an arbor wrench and a hex key. It also comes with a 3″ cut-off disc to get you started. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
