Escutcheon White Snap-On Snap Tite Hand Rail Base Trim Cover Round, with a slight slope on the top and a hole in the center of the bottom. One half with female tabs, the other half with male tabs to snap into female tabs. Dimensions- Outside Diameter: 5-1/8″, Inside Diameter: 2″, Height: 15/16″ This is a special 2-piece Escutcheon. This is used for a cover plate for the bottom of the rail or ladder. Useful to make sure the rail will not come out of the deck. One half snaps into the other half to make a complete escutcheon.
