FJB-100 Basement Floor Jack provides extra support for leveling and stabilizing floor beams and joists with a minimum height of 54 inches (4 foot 6 inches), and a minimum height capacity of 8,438 pounds maximum height of 100 inches (8 feet 4 inches), and a maximum height capacity of 5,600 pounds. Telescopic style with removable pins lets you properly position the brace for better leveling. Screw and turning bar is included with end pad for easy height adjustment. Welded steel construction and red oxide finish.
